A journal of Design of High Voltage High Frequency Transformer for Pulsed Power Applications reviewed about multi-cell topologies of high voltage (HV) 50kV, high frequency (HF) 20 kHz, multi cores transformers are considered 12. The transformer is used in the pulsed power application system. The main requirements to be considered for the transformer are the high voltage capabilities, small in size and weight. The high voltage, high frequency transformer is the main critical block of the power electronics systems. The designed transformer must have a high electrical efficiency and must optimized by the number of the cores. From the journal, the high voltage high frequency transformer must design according to the following considerations to be take part such high voltage insulation requirements, core, material and winding space and core material and windings space. The relationship between core losses and secondary winding must be considered in order to choose the optimal and suitable number of cores in the multi core transformer design.
