ABSTRACT
The “Advance Multipurpose Machining Table” is a combinations of various machines with adjustable work table. It is Mostly used in Machining shop, welding shop for preparing a job. It is a one type of advance machine which is easy to use. This advance multipurpose machining table is used in mass production. It is easy to assemble and main advantage of it is a less time consuming for a make a job. All the operation is done in this machining table like, sheet metal cutting, grinding, welding, etc. In this machining table we use advance attachment for multipurpose operations.

Advance multipurpose machining table is combination of various machines like, Drill machine, angle grinder machine, small circular saw, or a trim router to create precision machines like a surface planer, chop/milter saw, drill press, drum sander, etc. It is used for small and large products. It is easy to operate in all the shops. It is very useful in machining shop, welding shop for make a complex structure. Various machine tool cost is very high for we made advance multipurpose machining table. It cost is less.

1.1 Project Summary
In recent time, In the industries demand for the manufacturing and fabrication work has been on the increase. With it comes the choice of various designs and models. The different types of machines used in industry. It is used in mass production.

The machines are a primary need of industry for manufacturing. Its initial cost is high. In industry all the machines are work separately. so more worker is required, more space required. more electricity required, That’s why also its operating cost is high.
Multipurpose Machining Table is mainly use for machining Purpose. Various types of tools can be use on machine. This machine has simple mechanism, easy to use, low maintenance cost and less time consuming.

1.2 What is Advance Multipurpose Machining table
Advance Multipurpose machining table is a combinations of a different types of machines with adjustable work table. There are different types of machine tools are used like grinding machine, drilling machine, angle grinder, etc. All operations done with this machine.
It is mainly used in all the industry and fabrication work. It is easy to operate. It is less time consuming for preparing a job, so it is used in mass production. In Recent trend machining in different surface of job use different machine like horizontal milling, vertical milling. In this machine a simple table and pair if articulated arms that can move a power tool in a straight forward/reverse motion, and provide both vertical and lateral support while doing so. An adjustable strong back supports the arms at a desired height.

1.2 Need of Advance Multipurpose Machining Table
Day by day demand of new product is increasing. In fabrication work for making a complex structure of a product. So create new product, we need special variety of tools or machine tools. Advance multipurpose machining table is one of them for creating the products easily and fast. Advance multipurpose machining table is less time consuming.

1.3 Mechanism of Advance Multipurpose machining table
In advance multipurpose machining table using guide mechanism, this guide mechanism can be used with a variety of tools like an angle grinder, drill, circular saw, or a trim router to create precision machine tools like a surface planer, chop, drill press, drum sander, etc.

1.4 History
In past there are different types of conventional machine tools are used. For different kind of operations or work different types of machines are used. There no multifunctional machine tools done all work or operations in one machine. All machine tools done work individually therefore parts transportation is more there will be chances to break down the product. so, transportation cost, labour cost increase. Also more time consuming for production.

During the industrial revolution the machines was motorized, allowing turned items to be created in less time. The motor also produces a greater rotational speed for the tool, making it easier to quickly produce high quality work. Today most commercial manufacturing is done by computer-operated machinery allowing foe mass production that can be created with precision and without the cost of employing worker.

3.1 Construction Detail
In advance multipurpose machining table using guide mechanism, this guide mechanism can be used with a variety of tools like an angle grinder, drill, circular saw, or a trim router to create precision machine tools like a surface planer, chop, drill press, drum sander, etc. The arms can also rotate and extend a drill press beyond the table to allow drilling into long components such as table legs, spindles and posts, unlike conventional bench top drill presses where the fixed chuck is only a few inches from the support post and limits both the width and height of the material that can be drilled.

Before starting our work, we have referred many research papers which indicates that for a production based industries machine installation is a tricky task as many factor being associated with it such as power consumption (electricity bill per machine), maintenance cost, no. of product produced per machine i.e. capacity of machine, time consumption and many more.

Also we have referred many patents, research papers and found that there are different machines have different working principles to operate different functions. And there are different mechanism and different parts are used for different operations.
In recent trends we are also focused on combined multipurpose machine tools, precision machine tools and advanced technologies. and after the market survey we found that in a large scale industries used a computerized control machine tools and in small scale industries used a conventional machine tools. In small scale industries used different machine tools for different functions.
Multi-purpose machines are the declarations of independence. The trend towards the kind of multi-purpose machining tools that are able to cost efficiently handle a broad portfolio of products with small batch sizes accelerated significantly during the crisis.

3.1 Market Survey
We did market survey in various areas.

After the market survey we found that, work on this machine is easy, and less time consuming.

Almost all industries use this machine tools.

In this project various complicated parts and various machines are used. There are many variety of parts that are listed below.

Drilling Machine

(Fig. 4.1)
Drilling is a cutting process that uses a drill bit to cut a hole of circular cross-section in solid materials. 
The drill bit is usually a rotary cutting tool, often multi-point. 
Grinding Machine

(Fig. 4.2)
A grinding machine, often shortened to grinder, is any of various power tools or machine tools used for grinding, which is a type of machining using an abrasive wheel as the cutting tool.

Grinding is used to finish work pieces that must show high surface quality and high accuracy of shape and dimension.

There are different types of grinder use like, Bench grinder, belt grinder, cylindrical grinder, surface grinder, etc.

Angle grinder

Angle grinders may be used for removing excess material from a piece. 
An angle grinder, also known as a side grinder or disc grinder, is a handheld power tool used for grinding (abrasive cutting) and polishing. 
Angle grinders can be powered by an electric motor, petrol engine or compressed air.

Router Machine

(Fig. 4.4)
A Router is a hand tool or power tool that a worker uses to rout (hollow out) an area in relatively hard material like wood or plastic.

Routers are mainly used in woodworking, especially cabinetry. Routers are typically handheld or fastened cutting end-up in a router table.

Adjustable work table
Adjustable work table is used for adjusting the height of work piece. And for easy operations.
