Charter art. 1, 1948). According to (UN news culture, 2015) The four freedom includes: Freedom of speech and expression, freedom of religion, freedom from want, and freedom from fear. Human rights depends on the base benchmarks fundamental for individuals to live with respect (Advocates for human rights, n.d). Vietnam is single political party, ruled by Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), and freedom of speech and expression is highly restricted.
