we need to establish system to ensure that the organization continuous improvement processes are communicated to all stakeholders. Effective communication with employees is necessary to ensure support for changes and to counter resistance and opposition. The more information have about proposed changes and the more open and honest the communication processes in the organization are, more likely is it that people will accept change. The organization with good internal process are able to build cultures that accept changes. The more information people have, the more likely it is that they will actively contribute to work improvement. Good communication with stakeholders contributes to employees who are satisfied and productive, employees who are willing to use their own initiative and accept responsibility for their own work, and a workplace where stress is minimize. Poor communication of the process changes has a major impact on already nervous employees. When communication is poor, employees revert to the worst case scenario in their minds. Vocal employees then perpetuate this unnecessary worry to their colleagues. This can derail process improvement ideas rapidly.
